Brian Tave – Executive Vice President - Market President at Stellar Bank With over 40 years in the banking industry, I have dedicated my career to meeting the financial needs of individuals and small-to-medium-sized businesses in Houston and the surrounding areas. My passion lies in building lasting relationships and providing tailored banking solutions that help my clients succeed. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in consumer and commercial lending, branch management, and retail bank administration. Before joining Stellar Bank, I spent seven years at Allegiance Bank and 15 years at a Houston-based regional bank before it was acquired by a large out-of-state financial institution. Additionally, I have worked in the Treasury Department at two different banks, further expanding my expertise in financial operations. My focus has always been on delivering exceptional service, attention to detail, and financial solutions that empower both individuals and business owners. I am proud to be part of Stellar Bank, where we put our customers first and strive to exceed their expectations every day. Brian proudly graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1982 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration majoring in Finance. He has been married for over 40 years and has two sons .
